1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "acc4d," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the acc4d gaming platform operated under the domain https://acc4d.cam and all associated services.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the acc4d platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account registered by a User on the acc4d platform.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products offered by acc4d, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, and other gaming entertainment.
• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by a User to their acc4d Account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Withdrawal" refers to funds transferred from a User's acc4d Account to their designated bank account.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives offered by acc4d to Users.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus and/or Deposit must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

You must meet the following eligibility criteria to register and use acc4d Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. acc4d strictly enforces age verification and reserves the right to request government-issued identification to confirm your age.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address and local bank account for transaction purposes.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian law.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration and update such information promptly if it changes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password) and accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your Account.
• Not share your Account credentials with any third party or allow others to access your Account.
• Notify acc4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

2.3 Account Limitations

Each individual User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the acc4d platform. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own identity or using false or borrowed identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and Bonuses. acc4d employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts based on IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, residential address, and other identifying factors.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

acc4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As such, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP or passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement showing your name and account number)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 days may result in Account suspension and Withdrawal restriction until verification is completed. acc4d handles all verification documents in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

Users may deposit funds into their acc4d Account using the payment methods made available on the platform, including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the platform and may vary by payment method. Deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• acc4d does not charge fees for deposits, though your financial institution may impose transaction fees.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM WIB). Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours for confirmation.
• acc4d reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected of fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.

3.2 Withdrawals

Users may request Withdrawal of funds from their acc4d Account to their verified Indonesian bank account. Withdrawals are subject to the following terms:

• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in your legal name and verified during the KYC process.
• Minimum Withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum daily Withdrawal limits are displayed in your Account dashboard and may vary based on Account tier and verification status.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1-24 hours of approval. Processing time may extend during high-volume periods or if additional verification is required.
• acc4d does not charge Withdrawal fees, though your receiving bank may impose receiving fees.
• You must meet all applicable Wagering Requirements associated with Deposits and Bonuses before Withdrawal eligibility is achieved. Attempting to Withdraw funds before meeting Wagering Requirements may result in forfeiture of Bonus funds and associated winnings.
• acc4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing Withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time Withdrawals.
• If fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected, acc4d may delay or decline Withdrawal requests pending investigation.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

acc4d is committed to combating money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. Users agree that Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before Withdrawal eligibility is achieved, even in the absence of Bonus participation. This requirement exists to prevent the acc4d platform from being used as a money transfer service.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

acc4d offers various Bonuses and promotions to enhance User experience, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. General Bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are subject to Wagering Requirements before Withdrawal of Bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted.
• Wagering Requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated. A typical Wagering Requirement might be 8x (Bonus + Deposit), meaning that the combined total of your Bonus and qualifying Deposit must be wagered eight times before Withdrawal eligibility.
• Bonuses expire after a specified period (typically 30 days from activation) and unused Bonuses will be removed from your Account upon expiration.
• Certain games may contribute differently toward Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 20% for live casino, 50% for sports). Game contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet limits may apply while a Bonus is active (typically Rp 12,500 per bet). Exceeding maximum bet limits may void the Bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses are limited to one per User, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim multiple Bonuses through duplicate Accounts or fraudulent means will result in forfeiture of all Bonuses and possible Account termination.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

acc4d reserves the right to void Bonuses and confiscate winnings if we determine that Bonus abuse has occurred. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times, collusion with other Users, irregular betting patterns designed solely to meet Wagering Requirements with minimal risk, and any other behavior determined by acc4d to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

5. Use of Services and Responsible Gaming

5.1 Fair Play

Users agree to use acc4d Services in a fair and responsible manner. Prohibited activities include:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets or manipulate games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain unfair advantages.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting across multiple platforms.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any portion of the acc4d platform.

acc4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts engaged in prohibited activities and to confiscate any funds obtained through such activities.

5.2 Responsible Gaming

acc4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable Users. We provide responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. Users are encouraged to use these tools to maintain control over their gaming activity. 6. Game Rules and Results

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and bet type. In the event of match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, settlement rules vary by sport and are detailed in our Sports Betting Rules (available in the Help section of the platform). acc4d reserves the right to void bets or declare them void in cases of obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction). Market results are determined based on official sources recognized by the relevant sports governing bodies.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, live casino, table games) offered by acc4d are powered by licensed third-party game providers and utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. Game rules are provided within each game interface. In the event of a disconnection during live casino play, the hand or round continues according to the rules of the game provider, and results are settled accordingly. 6.3 Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding game results, bet settlement, or Account transactions, you must notify acc4d within 14 days of the disputed event. Claims submitted beyond 14 days will not be considered. acc4d will investigate all disputes fairly and will request game logs, server records, and other evidence from game providers as necessary. The decision of acc4d regarding dispute resolution is final.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the acc4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of acc4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without express written permission from acc4d. The acc4d name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, acc4d and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the Services, even if acc4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, acc4d's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. In no event shall acc4d's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount of funds deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

acc4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Abusive behavior toward acc4d staff or other Users
• Suspected money laundering or other illegal activity
• Prolonged Account inactivity (180 days or more)

Upon termination, any remaining Account balance (excluding Bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, provided all Wagering Requirements have been met and no Terms violations have occurred. Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon Account termination. You may also request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Self-initiated closures are processed within 7 business days.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

acc4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the acc4d website. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or Account notification where feasible.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which acc4d operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body recognized in the governing jurisdiction. Both parties agree to waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. If arbitration is deemed unenforceable, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the governing jurisdiction.
